Corporate Actions Expert Schwingen Leaves Wolters Kluwer Financial Services

New York-based corporate actions expert Randy Schwingen has left Wolters Kluwer Financial Services after more than seven years at the company.

Schwingen joined the vendor as senior product manager in 2003. His most recent role was director of product management and strategy, corporate actions. He was responsible for the CCH Capital Changes product suite, which provides daily corporate actions tax information and analysis.
