Traquair Discusses SunGard's Utility Play to help FCMs Cut Costs
SunGard's new utility service is designed to help firms achieve cost cuts of up to 20 %.
Last week, SunGard announced that it is launching a new industry utility for post-trade futures and cleared over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives operations, with Barclays signing on as its first client.
At this year's FIA Boca conference, Brian Traquair, executive vice president of financial systems for the software, managed services and hosting behemoth, discussed the company's ambitious program with WatersTechnology.
