Under terms of the alliance, BNY ConvergEx will provide Mahogany Partners with workflows that will enable its members to better interact with one another and give them the ability to provide block liquidity outside the exchanges and other interested third parties, explains Andrew Levine, a managing director with BNY ConvergEx.

Part of the platform will be a trading front end, which incorporates blotter-polling technology that will allow Mahogany members to filter certain symbols and put workflow
