ConvergEx's RealTick Buy Links OMS, EMS
Investment technology and execution services provider ConvergEx Group's just-announced acquisition of trading platform provider Townsend Analytics’ RealTick from Barclays Bank will allow the two providers to leverage a link of their respective order management system (OMS) and execution management system (EMS), according to officials.
