Chi-X Australia has announced that Jamie Crank has been hired as the Antipodean bourse's head of market operations.
Crank was recently head of commercial management, equity and derivatives markets at the London Stock Exchange (LSE), and before that, head of training operations at the UK institution. Prior to the LSE, Crank held senior positions at DC Gardner Training.
Chi-X Australia recently announced the departure of its CEO, Peter Fowler, after completing a year in operation, where it has competed with the Australian Securities Exchange.
