iForex has announced the launch of its foreign exchange (FX) mobile trading platform, with in-built gesture functionality popularized by the Apple iPhone.
iForex offers retail currency exchange and contracts-for-difference (CFD) trading. Users are able to 'swipe' across the screen when managing positions, enabling the rapid closure of trades, and the software includes active, real-time management and execution functionality. The company plans to offer the platform in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic and Chinese.
"With the exponential growth of technology in the past decade we feel that this is a step in the right direction for our clients as well as for the company," says one senior member of the company's research and development department, in a press release. "This system will also help clients to diversify, expand and monitor their portfolios and also lets them gain confidence when using the trading platform."
