Omgeo Names Shanahan as Managing Director of GRC
Ms Shanahan will lead Omgeo's legal and regulatory compliance initiatives to promote regulatory compliance in all Omgeo services and develop risk-based compliance programs to reduce operational and counterparty risk.
Prior to joining Omgeo, Shanahan served as credit risk director with State Street Global Advisors, where she developed and executed global credit risk programs. She has more than 25 years' expertise in the risk management industry.
