BT Launches New Integrated Voice Service
BT says the new service removes the need for firms to have a separate network connection for their unified communication services at sites connected to Radianz Cloud, reducing capital and operating costs. It is currently available in 13 countries, and is set to be extended to a further 24 in the coming months.
One Voice Radianz will also integrate with BT's Unified Trading, a software-based and cloud-compatible multimedia and voice collaboration solution, which includes BT's Netrix trading turrets. BT says the launch will be the first in a planned series of enhancements for Radianz implemented over the coming months.
