INTEX Charges Telerate With "Bad Faith" As Telerate Calls Off Order-Routing Venture

Intex Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. will seek a civil court injunction against Telerate Systems Inc. that would preclude Telerate from contacting customers of their joint order-routing system until a dispute over the joint-venture agreement has been settled. Intex last week petitioned the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for a hearing, charging Telerate with bad faith and willful disregard of their agreement.
