Etrade has named Debra Chrapaty chief media officer and appointed Joshua Levine to replace her as CIO. Chrapaty will spearhead efforts related to wireless devices and interactive audio and video. Levine was previously managing director and head of equities IT for Deutsche Bank's Global Corporates and Institutions business. At Etrade he focuses on technology infrastructure. He and Chrapaty, along with Pam Kramer, Etrade's vice president of digital financial media, comprise a new technology office
