Greg Whitten: Numerix is primarily a supplier of high-end analytics for pricing, hedging and risk analysis. We focus primarily on fixed income, especially exotics, and credit derivatives and hybrids. We provide our analytics in three flavors: One lets end-users use the analytics through Microsoft Excel—a lot of our clients need to be able to manage deals that their systems can't handle, so there's still a need for Excel
