Holdcroft Joins CLS
CLS Group, owner of the multi-currency cash settlement system provider CLS Bank, has appointed James Holdcroft chief legal officer, a new position at the firm.
Holdcroft reports to CLS CEO Alan Bozian, and is based in New York. He will oversee all legal and compliance functions at the group.
Prior to joining CLS, Holdcroft held senior positions at The First Boston Corp., Republic New York Corporation, Lehman Brothers and General Atlantic Partners.
