Global foreign exchange platform ParFX announced it has selected Equinix’s International Business Exchange (IBX) data center campus based in Slough, UK, to provide easy access to the global Spot FX market.
The ParFX platform, which is owned by broker dealer Tradition, launched last April provides a venue for sourcing FX liquidity.
"Equinix's London Slough data center campus offers world-class support with global reach, congregating players and service providers across FX, providing the opportunity to adapt and scale our business according to market need," says Roger Rutherford, chief operating officer at ParFX.
By joining Equinix's IBX data center, ParFX will be able to connect with about 800 global financial services institutions globally.
