Regional brokerage Parker/Hunter Inc. of Pittsburgh wants to pilot Quotron Advantage AE RS/6000-based market data service, but can't.
According to James Hucke, assistant vice president and data center manager at the firm, Parker/Hunter is interested in upgrading its existing Quotron quote service to the vendor's recently released RS/6000-based service. The firm's contract for a mix of Q1000 and Q800 quote terminals expired last year.
