A-T Financial Offers Manipulation, Redistribution Of Ticker III

A-T Financial Information Inc. last month began marketing a software package that enables users to manipulate data from Telekurs AG's Ticker III digital feed. A-T Financial will redistribute Ticker III over United Video's Ku-band VSAT network and via land lines.
The software, Opening Bell, has been developed for use with Microsoft Windows. The software allows users to share data among applications and to link them dynamically using Windows' DDE standard.
