Skyler Shifts Development Ops to London


The vendor decided to move its operations at the end of 2009 as part of a strategic review of the company's future. Sources say other options included a potential merger with an unnamed vendor, but Skyler's management decided that it would instead look to wind down operations in California and build up a presence in London, which it believes offers more favorable terms for maintaining operations.

"Most of our clients are based in New York or London," says Skyler chief operating officer Mark Ford
