CNQ Migrates to New Feed Format, Delivery

At start of trading on Friday, as Inside Market Data went to press, the exchange was scheduled to retire its legacy Horizon trading system from the former Canadian technology provider EFA Systems, and replace it with the X-Stream system originally provided by the trading platform business of Australian vendor Computershare, which bought EFA in 2002 and is now part of Nasdaq OMX. CNQ's Pure Trading alternative trading system already uses X-Stream.

As a result, CNQ will retire the MDF market data
