Bloomberg Adds to Board, Creates Committee
Bloomberg has appointed senior executives Lex Fenwick, who oversees sales, marketing, operations and customer support, and Matthew Winkler, head of Bloomberg's news operation, to its board of directors. Chaired by Bloomberg chairman Peter Grauer, the board already includes co-founder Tom Secunda, who heads the data, product development and research and development divisions. Bloomberg has also appointed Fenwick, Winkler and Secunda to its new management
