BATS Chi-X Europe Bows Market Data Fees
Pan-European multilateral trading facility BATS Chi-X Europe has released a pricing policy outlining fees that it will begin charging for its market data from Oct. 1 this year, though the MTF says it expects the fees to contribute to lowering the overall cost of market data in Europe.
Chi-X Europe had planned to introduce per-user fees for its market data prior to its acquisition by BATS Global Markets last December (IMD, Oct. 10, 2011), but delayed the plans while completing its integration
