After Naming O'Hanlon CEO, Numerix Shuffles Exec Team

Derivatives pricing and analytics software vendor Numerix has announced a reshuffled management lineup, following the appointment of chief operating officer and president Steven O'Hanlon as chief executive and president, replacing former CEO Greg Whitten, who remains as chairman of the company's board of directors.
Dawn Patrick, formerly executive vice president of global field operations, takes over O'Hanlon's COO duties. Satyam Kancharla, former senior vice president of Numerix's client solutions group, adds the role of chief strategy officer to his duties, encompassing financial engineering and professional services, while Benjamin Meyvin, formerly SVP of professional services, becomes head of product development. Former SVP of enterprise systems William Humphrey now becomes chief software architect and SVP of the vendor's architecture group.
Joseph Saporito becomes EVP of global direct sales, having previously served as EVP of sales for the Americas and business development, while former SVP of global business development Ted Pendleton has been appointed SVP of corporate development, a newly-created department. Taking over as SVP of global business development is Elaine McKiernan, previously SVP of strategic accounts and inside sales, while SVP of marketing James Jockle becomes chief marketing officer and adds responsibilities for corporate communications.
