Reuters Moneyline Telerate. There's a mouthful. Maybe it would have been Reuters Telerate? Or Thomson Telerate?
The idea of Reuters or Thomson acquiring Moneyline Telerate may make a journalist's heart beat faster (as does the prospect of Jon Robson and David Walsh being fellow members of Reuters' ex-CEO club). But despite the revelation that both vendors made offers for Moneyline, it remains questionable whether an acquisition would have actually happened.
