IRS Publishes Draft Fatca Registration Form

The US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has published a draft of the form non-US financial institutions will have to complete to comply with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (Fatca)—an anti-tax evasion measure that will require non-US firms to share information with the IRS about accounts held by US taxpayers.
