Officials say the redesign will help SWIFT better understand and respond to industry challenges by building more features into its tools in future.

The new version features better search fields and seamless navigation so users can more quickly and easily source reference data to populate domestic, SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) and international payment instructions correctly, validate identifiers used in regulatory reports, and find information to evaluate current and potential counterparty risk.
