Bloomberg TOMS First Solution Certified by IIROC for Reporting Under Rule 2800c

Latest Canadian post-trade regulation is similar to that of Finra’s Trace.

The regulation, which comes into effect on November 1, requires dealer members to report to the IIROC the debt securities transactions they execute and their affiliates that are government securities distributors on a post-trade basis.
