Silica Upgrades to DST’s AWD10 Platform
Silica, the Johannesburg-based business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, has signed to upgrade to DST's AWD10 platform, which, according to DST Technologies, the parent company of UK-based DST Global Solutions, will assist Silica in improving its business processes by integrating and automating its third-party administration (TPA) business.
Silica currently uses DST's Business Process Management (BPM) platform to support its TPA business by handling applications for new investments, transfers
