Xignite Targets Investor IPO Interest with On-Demand Renaissance Data
On demand web services data provider Xignite has released a dataset of initial public offering data, dubbed XigniteIPOs, which provides calendars of upcoming IPOs as they are filed, priced, and begin trading, for software vendors to integrate into applications, websites and apps for mobile devices, for traders and investors to incorporate the data into investment decisions, to support analysts researching historical and current IPO trends, and for investment bankers working on new IPO deals.
The data is sourced from Greenwich, CT-based research and IPO advisory firm Renaissance Capital, and provides current IPO status (active, prices, postponed, withdrawn or cancelled), proposed ticker symbol, estimated IPO date, price range (for offerings of more than $50 million), shares offered publicly and underwriter details for new listings on the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, BATS Global Markets and over-the-counter marketplace OTC Markets. Xignite's separately-available price feeds and analyst estimates can be integrated with the IPO data.
Xignite is offering a free trial of the data, which can be accessed via the vendor's market data cloud.
