Waters Rankings' Best Corporate Actions Provider: DTCC

In a close race for this category, the Depository Trust and Clearing Corp. (DTCC) edged out Interactive Data for its second victory in as many years.

In June, Brown Brothers Harriman announced that it had become the first financial institution to go live on the DTCC’s corporate actions messaging system, created in partnership with banking cooperative Swift.

According to the DTCC, this is the first step in a broader initiative by the industry utility “to re-engineer its corporate actions platform
