Phoenix/Quotron Suit To Go To Trial; New Evidence Found

Two new developments have emerged in a civil lawsuit filed by Phoenix Technologies Inc. against Quotron Systems Inc. In the suit, Phoenix, which has been Quotron's proprietary- terminal support and service provider since 1989, has charged Quotron with fraud and racketeering, among other things (IMD, May 22). The suit, which had been headed for a May 25 settlement conference, will now go to a jury trial. And a Phoenix lawyer asserts that Phoenix has recently learned of a provision in a contract
