Updata Launches ‘Integrate’ Database Tool for Firms to Chart In-House Data

Trading firms can use Updata Integrate to write native SQL queries to industry standard databases—including SQL Server, Oracle and any database based on the Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) programming language—as well as data held in Excel and other file formats.

The data—which could comprise any type of time-series market data, such as prices, trade data, volumes, weather forecasts, cash flows and electricity loads—can then be used in technical studies, indicators, and oscillators in Updata’s
