Start-up hedge fund signs deal with Gravitas

NEW YORK – Manhasset Capital Management, a recently formed long-short equity hedge fund manager, has partnered with IT outsourcing and consultancy service provider Gravitas Technology to implement compliance and disaster recovery functionality. Manhasset, which launched its fund in May, will utilise Gravitas to implement a compliance system in order to meet the SEC’s upcoming hedge fund registration requirements, and to establish a disaster recover site in San Jose, California, which Gravitas
