Thomson Financial Europe Divides Into Four Units

LONDON--Thomson Financial Europe has restructured its business units to become more client focused, following a similar restructuring in the US (IMD, Oct. 29).

TF Europe has evolved from vertical product units to four major customer-focused groups, or ‘Strategic Customer Units’ (SCUs), which are Investment Management; Sales and Trading; Investment Banking; and the Corporate Group. The human resources, finance and marketing departments have been centralized to work across these units.
