S&P's Platt's Rolls Real-Time News On Commodities

CONTENT & FEES

Standard & Poor's has developed a real-time news feed that covers developments in the commodities markets. The feed is called Platt's Commodities News (PCN), after S&P's Platt's commodities division. S&P has signed distribution deals with Track Data and Future Source, which will make the feed available over those vendor's networks. PCN is also available as part of the S&P Comstock feed, although the vendor prefers not to sell directly to customers.
