The new service from CME and Perseus, dubbed High Precision Time, provides nanosecond-level accurate timestamps, and includes access to a National Institute of Standards and Technology-certified GPS antenna, as well as support for Network Time Protocol and Precision Time Protocol, to provide more accurate and consistent timestamps for firms with latency-sensitive trading strategies.
