The Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Cincinnati Stock Exchange, Reuters Holdings PLC and its Instinet Corp. subsidiary have announced plans to develop a glob-al, 24- hour electronic network. The exchanges, Reuters and Instinet want to create and operate a worldwide system for entering, routing, negotiating and executing trades in CBOE options and CSE equities. An agreement in principle has been reached between the parties, but the plan is subject to board and membership approvals.
