The latest enhancement integrates product modules with the fifth iteration of dCRM, including "Fund Flows" for analyzing transaction and liquidity; "Tracker", which tracks and reports on emails sent; "Connect", which serves as an extranet module to the "Mobile" module, which provides functionality for mobile devices.
"With the newest version of dCRM at the heart of the platform, together with the other fully integrated, platform modules of Fund Flows which provides full capital flows and liquidity reporting, Tracker for email tracking, Mobile, dReports and the Connect module which allows for the creation of highly secure investor extranets, Communica enables organizations both large and small to enhance their control over their businesses by providing business leaders with complete 360 degree visibility of all investor, client and prospect-related activities, via their desktop or handheld device," says Ian Murrin, founder and CEO of Digiterre.
