TeraExchange Granted SEF Status
TeraExchange, among a handful of other independent, aspirant SEFs, is offering a wide variety of instruments on its platform including rate swaps, credit default swap indexes and foreign exchange (FX) non-deliverable forwards. Its technology infrastructure has been designed to deliver trading through an all-to-all central limit order book (CLOB), as well as a proprietary market-making program that will handle directed orders.
“The launch of SEFs is bringing transparency and new opportunities for efficient hedging and alpha creation to the swaps market. With our temporary registration in hand we can now deliver market participants the most efficient and robust offering in the marketplace," says Christian Martin, CEO of TeraExchange.
