Linedata's enhanced platform introduces improved functionalities.

The Global Hedge platform underwent a series of updates, including an improved trading and order management module, targeted asset class coverage and new tools for compliance around disclosure, reporting and workflow.

According to the vendor, the platform offers enhanced automation and scalability in the trading process for users needing to handle increasing trading volumes. With an improved position-based order generation, users will see more flexible allocation preferences and order methods.

Linedata says the platform has enhanced data quality in pre-trade compliance checks, as users will be able to download current prices at the time of trading new instruments.

Also, it has improved the fixed income functionality and expanded the unit traded bond calculations. To address regulatory needs, Linedata made improvements in tools such as swap schedule management and lifecycle tracking.
