Plan Sponsor Exchange, the Internet-based investment manager database and request for proposal search facility, set its sights on European money managers and fund trustees as part of its expansion plans. Its initial target market was the UK, with the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland to follow shortly. The website, live in the US since June 1999 and which currently had 1,200 plan sponsors as registered users, allowed sponsors or fund trustees to search an extensive database of money
