DBS Bank Extends Relationship with Analec to Include Broker-Dealer CRM Solution

Singapore-based bank implements Analec ClientManager.

DBS and Analec are both based in Singapore.

DBS Bank has extended its relationship with Analec, a fintech company focused on investment banking and research, by implementing Analec ClientManager, a broker-dealer customer-relationship-management (CRM) solution.

DBS and Analec, which are both headquartered in Singapore, have been working together for over 10 years. The bank is currently using Analec ResearchWise, the vendor's investment research platform.

The decision to implement ClientManager came after the bank, which holds $42 billion in assets under management, did a review of its needs. DBS chose Analec over its existing service provider in order to increase proactive account management capabilities and management of services, such as corporate access analyst roadshows and investor conferences.
