Morningstar Data to Power Kurtosys Fund Info, Reporting Apps
UK-based Kurtosys Systems, a provider of software for client reporting, fund fact sheet generation and fund analysis tools, is to incorporate market data from Chicago-based data and investment research provider Morningstar's UK subsidiary into its tools for asset managers and their clients, including apps for tablet devices and smartphones.
Officials say the agreement alleviates the burden of asset managers maintaining and managing data for these tools in-house.
