The Future For Outsourcing
In June, a survey conducted by Waters Technology found that 30% of financial institutions use outsourcing services as part of their reference data management programs. Ramanan Seshadri, executive president and head of European operations at Hexaware Technologies, the outsourcing provider that sponsored the survey, says this number will rise, particularly as practitioners develop ways to assess the performance of outsourcing firms.
