Channel WatersTechnology: Anthony Malakian Discusses the Executive Shakeup at the CNSX
In the July issue of Waters, Anthony Malakian profiles the Canadian National Stock Exchange's (CNSX's) Ian Bandeen and Richard Carleton. At the time of the interview, Bandeen was the CEO and Carleton was the vice president of corporate development for Pure Trading, the exchange's alternative trading system (ATS).
But it was announced yesterday that Bandeen would be stepping down and that Carleton would assume the role of interim CEO. Anthony discusses the conversation he had today with Carleton, and shares his thoughts on the announcement and what's ahead for the firm, as well as for Bandeen.
