Electra Hires Degner for Sales Post
Quinn Degner has joined Electra Information Systems, taking on the role of global sales director.
Degner will oversee the growing sales division at the company, and implement strategies for upcoming product launches. A chartered financial analyst, Degner has previously worked within sales roles at CorrectNet, Netherby Advisors and as a senior consultant at Cambrian Consulting. Other previous experience includes sales roles at HSBC and Citigroup, as well as holding the position of president at independent research firm Amba Research.
"Quinn comes to us with a wealth of industry experience and contacts and an excellent track record in sales in the financial technology industry," says Ian Danic, managing director at Electra. "He will be instrumental in our strategy to expand Electra's sales efforts at a time when we are continuing to grow in the US market and are increasing our sales in Europe and Asia. His past achievements demonstrate his deep understanding of the financial technology industry and I look forward to seeing the results of his experience in this important new role. We are delighted to have Quinn on our team."
