Keller Named COO at Information Mosaic
Post-trade automation solutions-provider Information Mosaic has appointed board member Rene Keller as COO.
Keller will be responsible for directing Information Mosaic's personnel and software solutions on three continents. The company's technology is used to to run securities-processing and asset-servicing operations and to put post-trade information into the hands of asset servicers and key decision makers.
Keller had previously served at CIO of Swiss Life Insurance, where he was responsible for its entire IT strategy and all related operations. He also has served at Credit Suisse as head of IT for its global banking unit, with similar key IT leadership positions at UBS and the Swiss Stock Exchange.
"The new regulatory and legislative environment means that post-trade functions within the capital markets industry are changing rapidly, putting new demands on systems," says CEO John Byrne. "We will need to work closely with our clients at a much greater rate of change than before, and we look to Rene to further build on Information Mosaic's track record of rapid execution."
