Thomson Reuters Trio Quit to Form Tradepoint Systems

New York
The former New York-based Aegisoft partners have relocated to Nashua, New Hampshire, to launch Tradepoint Systems.

Eric Adelman, who will take on the role of CEO and president, is joined by Joey Horowitz and Bill Adelman. Tradepoint Systems will focus on liquidity aggregation, execution management, algorithmic trading and FIX-based trading.

Horowitz will take charge of technology, sales and strategy, while Bill Adelman will head product development.

"For nearly 20 years, our team has been creating trading software used by over 90% of US bulge-bracket broker dealers," says Eric Adelman. "We're excited to start this new chapter and meet our clients' growing industry demands with forward-thinking solutions."
