Randall Steps Down as Equiduct CEO

Randall, who had been CEO since December 2009, has been replaced by Börse Berlin's Artur Fischer, a former director at the Franfurt Stock Exchange, who will take on the role on an interim basis.
Fischer has been CEO of Börse Berlin, which operates Equiduct, since 2007, and is also an executive director at Equiduct's parent company, Easdaq.
Randall has left his position as a member of the board with immediate effect. Randall joined Equiduct from Chi-X Europe, where he served as CEO from 2007 to 2009, and was previously chief operating officer of Instinet.
