BNY Mellon Taps Sakati for Securities Financing Program
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Sakati co-founded AXOPA Partners, a firm that provides technology and management services to buy-side firms. Prior to that we was with State Street for 14 years.
"Dean brings a wealth of experience in developing and implementing organic business strategies, forming business partnerships and making strategic acquisitions," says Nadine Chakar, executive vice president and head of product development and strategy for BNY Mellon's Global Collateral Services business. "The scale of regulatory and market change that we are seeing around the world means that we must continue to invest and innovate to deliver new solutions both within the collateral space and across the entire investment lifecycle."
Sakati will report to Mike McAuley, managing director of product and strategy for securities finance.
