manhattan-14
AxiomSL is based in New York

Elliot, who will report to CEO Alex Tsigutkin, brings two decades of banking experience to the role, most recently as managing director at UBS and Barclays Capital. Another of the COO's previous roles was at Swiss Bank Corporation, one of the AxiomSL's first clients for its regulatory reporting platform.

"Gordon's extensive experience in overseeing technology and business departments for multinational banks will enable him to strengthen AxiomSL's growth during this period of rapid industry change. I trust his ability to align AxiomSL's integrated data-driven solution to addressing our clients' regulatory needs," Tsigutkin says.
