In her new role, Randery will report in to CEO Luis Alvarez, and take responsibility for "growth and transformation agendas".
Prior to BT, Randery spent nine years at Colt in a number of senior roles, having been vice president of strategy at EMC Corporation. She began her career as a consultant at McKinsey, and holds an MBA from Boston University.
