Virtusa Takes Over TradeTech Consulting Business
Through the acquisition, Virtusa intends to expand its operation in Europe, particularly into the Nordics, and broaden its expertise in treasury and asset management by leveraging TradeTech's set of services, including technology consulting, regulatory and compliance business, global asset management implementation business, treasury platforms, as well as managed services, onto its client base.
"The complementary expertise that TradeTech delivers will help increase our total addressable market and provide our combined client base with expanded service offerings," says Kris Canekeratne, chairman and CEO of Virtusa. "In addition, this acquisition is an important step in establishing Virtusa in the Nordic countries and providing a broad set of best-in-class consulting and outsourcing service to this region."
TradeTech's clients will have access to Virtusa's global delivery model and broader services capabilities.
